Ingredients: Add ingredients to List

3 zucchini, spiralized (about 12 oz.)
1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup diced red onion
1/2 cup diced orange pepper
1/4 cup assorted olives, pitted, sliced
1/4 cup olive oil
2 Tbsp. McCormick Salad Supreme Seasoning (or your favorite McCormick seasoning blend)
1/4 cup reduced-fat feta cheese

directions:

1. Place zucchini, tomatoes, red onion, orange peppers and olives in a medium bowl. Toss gently, set aside.
2. Whisk olive oil with Salad Supreme seasoning blend in a small bowl. Drizzle over salad ingredients. Toss to coat.
3. Garnish with crumbled feta and serve.
