Ingredients: Add ingredients to List

1 (12 oz) package zucchini or yellow squash spiralized "noodles"
1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup diced red onion
1/2 cup diced orange pepper
1/2 cup assorted olives, pitted, sliced
1/4 cup olive oil
1-2 Tablespoons McCormick Salad Supreme Seasoning or your favorite McCormick seasoning blend
1/2 cup crumbled reduced-fat feta cheese

directions:

1. Place zucchini, tomatoes, red onion, orange peppers and olives in a medium bowl. Toss gently, set aside.
2. Whisk olive oil with Salad Supreme seasoning blend in a small bowl. Drizzle over salad ingredients. Toss to coat.
3. Garnish with crumbled feta and serve.
